I wish more of the "Local" people would come to the picnic! I wish they could see how much fun to re-connect and "make new friends" I was a Girl Scout! "Make new friends but keep the old, one is silver the other is gold!" that is so true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steve Knox posted this on the Yahoo group....
I can't believe it's been a year since we had our 35 year reunion. We keep going at this rate, we'll all be outta time soon!
Not once since I left dear old Kings High School have I ever wanted to go back. Those were some of the most miserable times of my life. I HATED SCHOOL! Those of you who may remembered me will remember that. So, I don't really want to go back to school, but I wouldn't mind being about thirty years old again, having more life in front of me than behind me, and not making the same mistakes that I made back then.
Gosh, I just thought of something Steve McDowell taught me so long ago." Knox" he'd say " you Sh-t in one hand and wish in the other, then see what you get" LOL.... true words to live by! Steve was a wise man and he'll forever live in my memory. I miss seeing him when I go back to Kings Mills.
Ok I'm finished being Mr. Smarty pants. I want to say hi to each and everyone one of you. I'm a proud new grand paw five months ago and I'm busier than a one armed paper hanger. Peace, Love Ya'll Steve
